I assume it's Von Pearson, may want to do a little research before you bring your fat, poor, racist, stupid cheating arse into this conversation.

I hate this for you to find out you've rooting for a bunch of criminals. I doubt you have much going on in life to have anything else to look forward to. It's ok, just keep calling Ole Miss people, fat, poor, racists and maybe you'll get laid by a State fan one day.

I believe I know who the player is and I do not think anything will come of it from what I've heard of that story. Don't know much about the other 3 cases, especially the Makanjoula one.

The Bowles thing is what I am most concerned about.

If he denied being assaulted, what's the issue?

I don't think that was his actual testimony, just what he said to the KNS.

I'm also concerned about what actually happened in that case. The walk-on and Riyahd Jones cases in particular are nothing more than a money grab from everything I heard last year. The Bowles thing could be concerning because it could actually have some merit to it.

It could. But, if he denied it to KNS, he likely denied it to investigators. He's the son of a cop, I seriously doubt his father would ask him to lie to protect the University.

I think the only thing that happened with Bowles was verbal confrontation.

The grand jury testimony is sealed but we should find out more when the criminal trial starts on the AJ thing.

All I am saying is there were certainly rumblings of the altercation involving Bowles last fall after this happened. Whether there was an assault or whatever I have no idea, but I don't think that is just made up like potentially some other things in this suit.

I have no doubt that a verbal assault took place, but as far as "7 football players jumping him" goes, that's just ridiculous on its face. If "7 football players jumped him", he'd be in the hospital or at least have some bumps or bruises.

Unlike Mizzou and potentially UT, UF takes this shite seriously because they know there's more to a university than sports.

What hypocrisy. Do the names Aaron Hernandez and Pope Urban Meyer ring a bell, or are you brain dead?

O ok, so it's cool if they verbally assaulted or threatened the guy who was trying to help a girl that might have been raped. I noticed how you back tracked a bit after realizing it wasn't under oath that he denied being assaulted. Good job.

As I said the Bowles thing will get messy. And from what I heard at the time of the incident there is still more to come if UT doesn't settle.

Didn't Bowles testify under oath that he was never physically assaulted?

No he just said that to the KNS when he transferred. The testimony is sealed other than this affidavit.

Even if UT settles I think the criminal trials in the summer will likely stir this all up even more and more will likely come out then.
