I have always thought it strange to use rape allegations as a vehicle for giggles. I am not surprised the OP's fan allegiance, though.

Where am I laughing? I'm dead serious. UT should clean house. If any of this is determined to be true UT cared more about a game than their own students safety and their instituional integrity. Unlike Mizzou and potentially UT, UF takes this shite seriously because they know there's more to a university than sports. In fact, should I post all the "looking for money", "No way this could be true etc posts from your fan base?

None of it was ever proven, but we kicked off all players named in the accusation anyway. What the frick else are we supposed to do?

What makes you think so adamantly that this lawsuit is to be believed? Because I've been keeping tabs on this exact case for 16 months now and I (and anyone else who also has) can tell you for a fact that it isn't. We've already punished most likely innocent people over this, so if that doesn't tell you that UT takes this seriously, I don't know what does.

It's not one victim but 5. Which innocent person were punished?

Believe me, I know how many victims there allegedly were. Like I said, I've been keeping tabs on this case for a while. Johnson, Williams, and Jones were all booted, and after lengthy investigations, none could be convicted of sexual assault. You're clearly assuming they're guilty, as evidenced by your atrocious slanting of your OP, not even mentioning that this was part of the claims of a lawsuit, and instead passing it off as fact. However, the past investigation indicates that they should be assumed innocent. "Innocent till proven guilty" is generally the protocol we abide by in America.

Pretty ironic that UT is having to deal with rape allegations after ridiculing Vandy for its recent rape problems.

The thug baggage some student athletes bring to school is alarming. Then there's the rich entitled athletes who think they can do anything they want. In my book they are all criminals and should be dealt with severely. Head Coaches and Athletic Directors should move swiftly to rid its campus of any sexual, drug or firearm violators.

That is EXACTLY what was done. Jesus Christ, what part of "EVERY SINGLE accused (Not indicted, not convicted, but accused) was IMMEDIATELY suspended or dismissed following the accusation" do you motherfrickers not understand?

Another thing all these dumbass motherfrickers seem to refuse to understand.

An investigation was already done and NOTHING. WAS. FOUND. The suspects should therefore be assumed innocent. Yet people are acting like they are undeniable convicts who definitely did everything said in the lawsuit.

To be fair, AJ and Williams are still awaiting trial, but they were also immediately suspended following the accusation and are no longer enrolled at Tennessee.

Again that is all what Jane Doe who wasn't there alleges. Drae Bowles said it didn't happen and he should know since he's the one this supposedly happened to.

Are you really this stupid?

Of course he's going to deny it.

Awww, Vols&Shaft, don't get your panties in a wad cause you root for a bunch of criminals. By the way, according to the report there is another player that was not named yet but is a "current player" that is part of it. May want to hold off on saying EVERY SINGLE accused was IMMEDIATELY suspended or dismissed if that might not be the case. Go get you tampon and calm down.

No, it is a player still on the team. Iirc, VolQuest identified the player as a walk-on in the spring and said he was suspended after the incident but re-instated when the girl did not press charges.

So what are we supposed to do here? Suspend them permanently if no one presses charges and suspend them permanently if they do?
