Let them have their day. Tennessee is finally joining the big boys of college athletics. To the rest of us it seems silly, but this is a huge step for a program that has lost 2 of the last 3 to Vanderbilt (another Nike school), 5 straight to Georgia (another Nike school), 8 straight to Alabama (another Nike school), 10 in a row to Florida (another Nike school), and 4 straight to LSU (another Nike school).
Kind of like when they open a new Burger King or Wal Mart in some hick town like Pulaski or Knoxville--sure, most educated people roll their eyes at all the fanfare, but to the people in those towns, its a big deal.

Well, at least Ohio State is kind enough to be a Nike school that UT has a winning record against. Thanks, Buckeyes.

I'm a fan of the Home uni's
The smokey uniforms are a bit underwhelming. I liked the adidas uni's more.
