If y'all don't choke against UGA staff will need to create a separate board for our game. No reason everyone else should be subjected to it. Hope Smokey likes cum

quote:I like them fine, but rarely agree with them. I more often agree with the computers than the humans. Take Washington for example, Do you buy them as a top ten? or do you think they are closer to 16?(I say 16) Look at Auburn. The computers respect them more than the humans now. Seems about right with that defense.(their two losses are to top 10's as well) The computers have LSU in the top 25, because they don't factor in a coaching change, so there is some flaws with the computers. Ole Miss is clearly top 15, but humans won't put a 2 loss team over any undefeated teams.

Notre Dame - #55
Duke - #66
Looks like the Computers are as biased as the voters.

quote:How can a computer be biased? They just take data and spit out the ratings. The human can manipulate the data. That's human bias not computer. Two of them use margin of victories. I don't think ND or Duke is very good either. I actually watched that game. Overall middle of the pack is what they are. Another thing I like about the computers is that they don't fear being wrong like humans. They don't take the wait and see approach to ranking teams who lost to good teams. They will just rank them by how good they perceive them to be. I will say this, for awhile there I thought the first computer to become self aware would be a bcs computer. The very first thing it would ask would be, "Why don't you guys just have playoffs?"
