It's close but I give the edge to Urban for a few reasons, one being win percentage.

Saban is tGOAT recruiter and a great manager of talent. Urban Meyer is a better gameday football coach. That isnt a knock on either coach, both obviously get it done and are top-5 all time.

I've always thought these kinds of comparisons were odd since games are pretty much won and lost before they ever hit the field.
If you don't prep well, it doesn't matter what you call in a game etc.

What I mean is Meyer is better at taking what the other team gives him and making adjustments. Just my opinion based on what I see. I think Saban, at times, is very stubborn in his approach. It hurt him against Manziel in 12/13 and hurt him against Utah and OSU in the Superdome on those occasions.
