Judge on whatever criteria you like...coaching ability, personality, whatever...

Non-LSU fans' responses preferred, as we already know that all LSU fans love him and hate him.

Upvote if you like him, downvote if you don't.

He's an awkward weird guy.
But he wins, and his teams are tough and physical.

So if he continues to win...... who cares how weird the guy is?

He has been known to make some very smart decisions to win us the game (like last night, 2007 Florida, 2010 Alabama, etc.) and then some very dumb decisions to lose us the game (Notre Dame 2014, Almost MSU this year, Clemson 2013, etc.)

I'm not going to try to reason with myself here. Sometimes I love him, and sometimes I hate him.

I love Les Miles. There's not a coach in all of sports that can give an entertaining interview like him. Plus, has some huge balls mid-game in his decision making.

I love him. He is good for the conference.

He is also loyal. Could have left for his alma mater but stayed with LSU.

Only those who see Les in non public settings know, "les speak" is his way of remaining both entertaining and guarded with his communication...no doubt it comes off at times nonsensical, but he enjoys it so I'm good with it

Excellent recruiter, retard coach.

Wish he would retire.

Now that the OBC has "retired", Les is easily the most colorful and entertaining SEC coach.

and will still be a second fiddle player to lil Nicky..

He gets elite talent, so of course he wins off it. A lot of coaches wish they could do that.
