Kentucky. They took all that a good ULL squad could throw at them and just broke a 22 year losing record @ USC. Could be a special year for the wildcats if they break more streaks, lets say involving some gators..they might not win the east but wouldnt it be funny if it came down to kentucky vs georgia?

they are a pretty decent team, although I don't think they can handle a good power running game that uses an efficient play-action passing game....they can score some points

I'd get on the Kentucky bandwagon if they somehow were in contention to win the East at the end of the year. Would mean the East was absolute garbage but it would be fun to see them have a run.

The conference championship game would be a bloodbath though.

Just imagine the SEC champ game between OM and UK.

I hope you are right. It's set up perfect for us with Florida and Mizzou coming to our home turf the next 2 weeks. If we can get those 2 wins, things are going to start looking good. Lot of football left to be played yet though. Cats have gotta play 2 halves. Showing up for the first half and expecting to cruise through the second isn't going to cut it going forward.

I'd only be ok with this if their basketball team went on to shite the bed this year.

I'd be okay with this. Rather see them win it than any other east team

I don't want to even think about that right now.

I don't know how "special" this season will be, but I think getting back to a bowl is definitely possible and that's the goal/expectation IMO. Some games that looked maybe not as winnable in pre-season look a little more possible. But until this team can put together two solid halves, I'll be skeptical.

A&M. Picked to finish last in the West, they finish the year at 9-3.

UK, agree. I picked them to go to a minor bowl this year.

When Mizzou goes to Lexington, we'll learn something. Mizzou better be ready, right now we are not.

J'ville State & mighty mighty Toledo. In all seriousness, the Rockets are a pretty good team. Maybe Bert should have scheduled E.Michigan or Ball State from the MAC. Miami, OH would have been acceptable, too. But Arky isn't the only school to get punked by a MAC team. Gators remember Spring 2011 NCAA baseball tournament, getting punked by Kent State? Naw, of course you don't. But it did happen. Oh yes, it did happen
