with all this shite talk about what you have accomplished in the popularity contests they call polls maybe we should compare whats actually been done on the field. where do yall rank on undefeated seasons?

List of undefeated seasons

looks like bama is all time #10 with 12/10 and Auburn right behind at #11 with 12/7. I was shocked to see A&M on there so high but then remembered they are just 5 years out of the peewee league.

Shoot me a link to a great ACC board when you get a chance, I wanna be a random LSU fan in there and talk about NC State and such.

IMO, undefeated/untied seasons should be with 8 or more games played for it to be a legitimate accolade since every poll era national champion played a minimum of 8 games.

Auburn is the only fanbase on here that is constantly talking about undefeated seasons.

Do you have the attention span of a 7 yr old?

Scroll to the bottom. I know math is hard for gumps, but they've done it for you.

Were there a list of teams with seasons in the last 100 years with no wins at all Bammer and Auburn would both be on it.

Shouldn't strength of schedule matter as well? I can name several programs that basically had a 1 or 2 game schedule because everyone else they played sucked arse.

One of those 2 teams lost to Pitt, and the other one didn't lose a game.

Was there a Lombardi award winner on Clemson's team that I forgot about?

One of those two teams played an extra game and didn't take a washed up thug DB and put him at QB.
