Not to absolve the poor behavior of Freeze, but what business do schools have caring about what coaches or students do in their personal lives? Universities aren't law enforcement bodies.

Because head coaches are highly visible public figures, virtually all of their contracts include a morality clause that allows the school to fire said coach if they do something immoral that could damage the image of the university. That's why personal lives matter to the school, but only insofar as those personal lives become public and reflect poorly on the institutions core values

No shite. It's like that Hitler guy, he did plenty of bad stuff, does it really matter that he threw some Jews in an oven?

Not arguing, but curious as to how you came about this knowledge. Care to indulge?

just a hunch but it should be everyone's first guess. rumors have been going around about him noodling high school girls since before he was OM coach, coupled with the routing of the calls.

What Freeze did was illegal plus he agreed to the morality clause in his contract. That is what business it is

Well, I mean, the hookers might know this. Unless the "uncomfortable revelation" is that Freeze went GTA style and murdered them after.

Side Note: I didn't give the use of "Revelations" in the thread topic enough credit for the subtle dig. +1 OP

About as necessary as rubbing that "21-0" salt into the wounds of LSU fans more than five years later. If it's "piling on", so be it. Unlike Bama fans that just do it for kicks, the media actually has a responsibility to report the news.

He isn't some tech wonk sitting in a dark room jammin out code. His job involves recruiting, fund raising, and generally representing the University. That is why he has a morality clause.

I never claimed to know it, its merely my guess. if I ever knew someone was diddling kiddies you would know because it would end up on the news when I blew their mf'ing brains out.

youre assertion is wrong though, hugh would know, the pimp would know, the prostitute would know... many people would know dumbass.

To limit the ability of people with low moral fiber from attaining or retaining positions where they could abuse their power or position to sexually harass/assault or otherwise negatively affect staffs and students.
