If Ole Miss pulls the upset how will the polls shake out? Would they move in the top ten and be a legit contender. I know it would make them harder to live with.

Alabama will find a way by the end of the year to be back in the title game.

Ole Miss will move to 12-15

Oregon moves to 1....

Bama drops out of the Top 10....voters have been looking for a reason to drop them since the VT game, but since they kept winning couldn't.

LSU wins....they move top 3

UGA wins....they move top 5

Ole Miss would move up to top 10 if they pull the upset. Stranger things have happened. I would give them a better chance at home.

I think they could pull the upest, but I also think they could lose to an Auburn or a MSU at some point. I think LSU and aTm beat the Bears easily.

That being said, I am picking Alabama to win and cover. Until Bama loses, I will pick them. Winning leads to more winning.

I think the rest of your post is probably true, but I dunno about this.

I mean, when Miami beat UF they went from unranked to Top 15.

If we somehow, some-unimaginable-way beat Bama this weekend then surely we'd be Top 10? I dunno.

It's probably not going to happen, so it's really not worth discussing.

I agree I think Bama wins, but if Ole Miss wins I think they have to move at least to number ten. I do still believe they are a three loss team at years end.

They'd get my vote for top 10. They would have to be ahead of both Bama and A&M as well as the LSU/UGA loser.

Ole miss probably is still outside the top 10, barely. Oregon, Ohio State and Clemson would be your top 3.
Yes, Ole miss is a legit contender and will be for Freeze's tenure.

Mark it down. If Ole Miss beats Bama, it will be portrayed as Alabama not being as good as everyone thought, not Ole Miss being great.

Bama drops hard, Ole miss cracks top 15.
