I think it's great they have a rich basketball tradition, but as a fan I'd be frustrated if that's all my school I support was good at.

I would be frustrated that my team was the best basketball team in the country historically, but is situated in a conference where no one else cares about basketball very much.

Actually when i started as an undergrad, any ky resident was guaranteed admission. Don't know if it's changed. Will never forget on my campus tour, in one of the restaurants, a bunch of students were dancing to Brickhouse. One of them said to me " it's easy to get in but hard to get out"
