neither is tennessee. It's always nice to remind them of their place in the current cfb landscape.

I am talking about DV

that's not all the rule covers, though. it's excessively vague. or can you give me a list of all the offenses that fall under "serious misconduct"

you should not be allowed to play at another SEC school.

is it ok if it's a Big 10 school? What about an ACC school? What difference does it make where the kid transfers. If you want to dismiss the kid, that's on you. He should be able to transfer wherever will take him and be required to sit out a year just like a regular transfer does

I would rather them limit it to convictions rather than simply the universities idea of "serious misconduct", but it's a step in the right direction IMO.

So mad that Gus can take a DB from Georgia and make him a national contender, yet Richt can't even win a SEC championship with his highly touted qbs. Guess what I'm trying to say is suck that tiger dick you baby back bitch.

let's just be completely honest. the sole motivation for richt proposing this rule is he's grown tired of trying to teach guys a lesson by booting them and seeing said players have success at schools on the georgia football schedule. there is really no other reason he should care.

The listed examples were domestic violence, sexual assault, or sexual violence.

"Serious misconduct" is defined by this new SEC rule as "sexual assault, domestic violence or other forms of sexual violence."

What about regular students who get a DV charge. Are they not allowed to serve their punishment and continue to pursue their education at another school? Why are we singling out athletes?

Unless Staples is making shite up, he clearly defines exactly what it means.

Because athletes get free tuition, room & board, and food. Regular students who commit crimes usually lose their scholarships, if they have one.

So should those regular students not be allowed to enroll elsewhere?
