PR's party school rankings are funny to me because there is soooo much turnover. I really doubt established party schools go from top 20 to unranked with regularity.
But UGA is a great party school so I wouldn't argue that point. Then again pretty much all SEC schools are top drinking schools.

THIS. I believe South Carolina was 17th on this list a few years ago. While I don't think we are a top party school like Penn State or the Arizona schools, there's definitely a scene any night of the week that you prefer.
I had a lot of fun at SC. Too much fun actually. Let's just say my GPA would've been much higher had I graduated from a small liberal arts school.

I will never understand this list's fascination with the Patriot League schools like Lehigh/Colgate/Bucknell.
