The one where they were inside the 6 yard line, with time outs and Marshawn Lynch running well....but they decided to pass the ball?

I just thought it was an amazing play and an amazing story. A rookie free agent from West Alabama making the game saving play in the last few seconds of the Super Bowl?
Fricking. Amazing.
You? You thought of Georgia.

Suppression...good strategy.

It was one of the great moments in Super Bowl history.
You immediately thought of Georgia.
The first step to getting help is admitting you have a problem.
Your problem? Little brother syndrome to Georgia. I mean, clearly, Georgia is ALWAYS on your mind.
That's okay, I get it.

Did you even watch the game?
That was the whole frickin' talking point after the miracle catch by the receiver Butler was guarding that got the Seahawks down to the goal line.
And then that same DB, Butler, makes the great play to win it for the Pats.
But no, you and your fellow c*cks just can't get Georgia off your mind. So you thought of us.
Nice to know we're in your head that much.
But, seriously, once South Carolina wins a couple of conference championships, the obsession with Georgia will likely pass.
So, basically, you're doomed.

Yes, a few minutes after the play as the announcers gathered their research.
The idea that the play happend and some UGA fan knew his story is absurd.

This was my first thought as well.
Back to the OP. Yes, there is some parallel here, because both the Seahawks and UGA would’ve won if they had handed the ball off. I can guarantee you this stings a lot more for Seattle fans. This is also the reason I related it back to 2012 vs. Bama. I still remember that sick feeling.

My first thought was our GT game this year, really. We were on the 20 vs GT, not the 2, but same sort of quick slant that was jumped by the DB who got there right as the WR was about to receive the ball.
Then the same feeling of "There is no way that just happened."

They talked about it several times during the game.
