With all the chatter on Les Miles recently, the talk of Richt losing his job has died down tremendously.
Give us an update.

He is likely going to beat Tech and nothing will change.

Hell squeak his way to 10 wins with a bowl game and will keep Richting at UGA for another 10 years.

Parades only happen when something extraordinary happens. Sadly for Barn fans, Richt beating up on Auburn is nothing new.

So no parades in your lifetime?

Richt is 10-5 against the backup school and the fan base wants him fired.
Don't think too highly of yourself.

Fact is mark richt will NEVER be fired during a year he beats Auburn. He could be less than .500 as long as he wins that game.
Our struggles are the only reason he still has that job.
Once we get our act together, which will not be more than a year or two, we will beat him and then your administration can have a meeting to decide his fate.
Until then, keep enjoying second and third place finishes in the east.

We just had an epic overtime win vs Georgia Southern. His job is safe.

I don't understand how Auburn fans can think so highly of themselves.

They don't. They're just rationalizing getting their arse kicked.
It's a modified "It's their Super Bowl" rationalization.

Could be worse; we could be last in our division.

Richt will barely beat Tech then get hammered in a shite bowl by {insert name}. He will then exclaim what a great year it was, how Schotty did a fantastic job without Chubb and Richt and Schotty will get extension while a disgusted Pruitt gets the hell out

Based on how excited UGA looked beating Georgia Southern in OT, I'd guess a win over Tech gets Richt an extension.
