Yup. He even had Aaron Hernandez over regularly for bible study.

Bianchi has been trashing the state of Mississippi in general and Ole Miss in particular since the late 90's. If you know his history it's not surprising he would come up some BS like this.

Your coach covers up rape. Which is worse; paying an energy bill or a program cover-up of rape?
Except for that not happening at all, you're spot on.

#1 Freeze would not be interested in Florida
#2 Character issues? What? Freeze has too much character for them?

Was Bianchi the writer who said Ole Miss and Miss State should not be in the SEC, but Central Florida should be?

Was The Blind Side not a tale of cheating to anyone else here?

Florida is notorious for grocery checkout sports journalism. Greg Doyel ring a bell?

Believe it or not, some people are very intimidated by someone who is so open about his/her Christian faith.
Freeze makes no apologies for his open and honest sharing of his faith.
I would think those who don't share his faith might feel somewhat uncomfortable, but it is not Freeze who is offensive to them. It is his message. Some folks hate the message.
I am kind of encouraged that "character" issues kept him out of consideration for Florida. Considering Florida's choices, it is a compliment to Freeze. It speaks volumes about the good man Hugh Freeze is, and I want him to stay at Ole Miss!

Bless his heart, if you catch my drift.

you really believe his character issues was about his faith. This chit hitting the fan now is what I suspect the UF Ad already knew about and had reached out to NCAA who give him a heads up.

UF didn't want Freeze with or without character issues.
I'm not certain what you are trying to insinuate but I'm glad you have your coach and I hope he stays with OM for a long time to please you guys.

Since The Blind Side was a fully vetted documentary and not a Hollywood-produced drama, every scene and line should be taken as the gospel truth.

Hugh Freeze vacation home is the hollowed out trunk of a giant redwood that he gnawed up.

Florida wanted a coach who would retain a QB on steriods. Freeze said he would say goodbye to the QB.
Florida moved on.
Florida moved on.

That doesn't mean it was negative character issues. They probably just didn't like how open he is about his faith. Those were the issues with his character.
Right no, that totally makes sense I mean sure Urban was a pretty devout Catholic but I think we all remember how UF silenced Tim Tebow and didn't let him share his faith, why until he entered the NFL I don't think anyone knew Tim was Christian.
