Wasn't much of an article. Sounds like the guy is perfect for Finebaum.

Remember when the Gators fired Will Muschamp and everybody just assumed Freeze — the charismatic, offensive-minded head coach who turned around Ole Miss' perennially puny program — would be the No. 1 candidate for the UF job. Turns out, Freeze was never even considered because of the rumors and rumblings involving an NCAA investigation that was announced shortly after the Gators hired Jim McElwain.

Many of the concerns about Freeze focused on Tunsil, who was suspended for seven games during his junior season for receiving a bevy of improper benefits, including the use of three loaner cars over a six-month period and a $3,000 interest-free loan.

That doesn't mean it was negative character issues. They probably just didn't like how open he is about his faith. Those were the issues with his character.

Hey maybe this guy's character is just too good....ya I'm sure that was it

Why do you have to create a new account to stir up Ole Miss people? Do it under your regular posting name!

Why did you choose a name associated with Alabama?

Sounded like writer's name was Bianchi?

Bianchi ? respected journalist

This clown has been trashing Mississippi since the Internet gave him a forum, so naturally he'll jump at another opportunity to spout off more of his ramblings.

For those who watch the interview, keep reminding yourselves, "This is not Cowherd."

Update: Found article, it was from late last week, but first I heard of it was today and Finebaum didn't articulate date of article. Anyway, will be interesting to hear what Bianchi has to say. Here's link to article:

Man you are nuts. I am a brand new Rant member and have NEVER posted on this board until the past couple days. I've got more Bama blood than you I bet, haven't missed a game since 1961, either in person, radio, or tv, full game win or lose. My first Bama hero was Lee Roy Jordan. Get a life.

If I'm not mistaken, this Bianchi guy is the one who said FAU and Central Florida belonged in the SEC over Ole Miss and MSU

His Wikipedia page is pretty good:

Bianchi was born and raised in the Philippines. As a boy, Bianchi created sports actions figures out of the corns of his grandmother's feet, and it was through him denying this to his family that he honed his sportswriting skills. Bianchi was a cheese rolling prospect in high school but an offer to entertain the troops in Laos changed his path. Bianchi spent 3 years in Laos entertaining the troops by creating plays that mocked anti war activists.

from 1993 to 1998, Bianchi helped create some of the AWA wrestling's 2nd largest PPV's event's matches. Bianchi always tried to have the underdogs win. Bianchi was a kick volleyball writer for the Wausau Wisconsin Post from 2001 to 2005. Bianchi also provided commentary for the Oman ports of the NBA Jam Tournament Edition and NBA Hangtime video games.

Bianchi hates both State and Ole Miss. He's the guy that said UCF and USF should replace State and Ole Miss in the SEC. When we were both ranked in the Top 4 in 2014 (and UCF was 0 for whatever) State fans were giving him hell and he kept trying to say, "but what I meant was..."

In Dr. Freeze's defense, they were already buying players when he got there, and at least he didn't recruit any serial killers or cover up any murders like CUM.
