That is so shady. Don't recruit kids to come and then leave the day after NSD. That's crappy for the players.

Recruits really should never go to a school for an assistant, or even a coordinator for that matter. They bolt so fast. You should go to a school based on the head coach, the program, and the academics.

Damn! Didn't see that coming..I know there were rumors a few weeks ago but thought things were dead.
Oh well, really loved Rumph...great coach and nice addition to UF staff. Congrats.

Never heard about any issues between Strong and Rumph that's doubtful...a damn good coach and recruiter.
It looks like his prior history with Coach Mac and family ties to the Southeast were too much to pass up.
