Tough, physical downhill running offense and an impressive looking defense. First time watching them this year.

I'm not trying to be contrary just for the sake of being contrary, but they're playing Baylor.
I've said over & over that Baylor was/is the most overrated & under-tested team in the country; and that UCF would expose em.

Better put is that their only loss came at the hands of a SEC program.
SCAR beat two BCS bowl programs this year - to the best of my knowledge the only team to do so. And remember, we were dropped two spots in the polls AFTER our win over UCF at their place.

They are definitely a solid team this year. This game is introducing the country to them!

Yes, they are looking very SEC like.
I'll tell you this, it is one damned nice University. Their academics are steadily improving and they have built themselves a very good athletic program since the arrival of O'Leary. Their facilities are very nicely done where they have a sports complex with a very nice football stadium as the center piece. It was built as a modular steel facility that can be easily expanded into a really big facility with very little problem.
I attend games there occasionally and I am very impressed.

O'Leary models us after SEC teams, we just don't get the elite talent. It's very difficult for non-BCS teams to go this route. It's usually easier to set up gimmick offenses and score tons of points.
Anyways, three first-half turnovers and we're beating Baylor 21-13. I'll take it.

There is a reason that South Florida and UCF (and the rest) are competitive. There is a shitload of talent in florida. It is just like texas for HS football.
