Two Arkansas golfers arrested on voyeurism charges

FAYETTEVILLE, AR (KNWA) - Two members of the University of Arkansas golf team have been arrested after police say they took multiple photos of a woman without her consent.

Taylor Moore, 21, of Edmund, OK, and Nicholas Echavarria, 20, of Medellin, Colombia, face charges of Video Voyerurism.

According to a police report, the victim called police to report a rape. The woman told police she had been drinking on Dickson Street before running into Moore and Echavarria, whom she knew. She told police she was too drunk to drive and got a ride with them. She told police she was taken to Moore's house, and she said she was under the impression that she would spend the night there and go home in the morning.

The victim told police that Moore gave her a shirt to sleep in, and that she remembered being carried to his bedroom. She told police she also remembered seeing a flash of light and thought Moore had taken pictures of her.

Police seized Moore's and Echavarria's phones with a search warrant and found sexually explicit pictures of the victim on Echavarria's phone. The two men told police they took three pictures and deleted two of them. Police also say the men admitted they took the pictures without the victim's knowledge or consent.
