Why not do it like the SEC basketball tounrey, but have one "fan" from each school. Rotate the venue, New Orleans, Nashville, ATL, and Dallas or Austin maybe. That would cover each area of the SEC. Have it broadcasted on the SECN to have non SECN ppl want to have it. We all know the B1G would love to see two SEC fans duke it out.

Maybe charge some admission. Someone has got to pay the paramedics to be on stand by.

SEC Thunderdome Death Match. The winner gets to take on the Thunderdome Death Match winners from the other conferences through a true playoff system.

I don't mind MSU. After all, I've been to MSU's defense a lot and the normal posters here are solid. I'm all about tGrind.

but both sides, MSU and Ole Miss, have rabid fans that want the other to die in a fire.

That's my point. Yes, both fanbases(all fanbases) have their fair share of absolute morons, but as a whole, both fanbases are level-headed here.

I say we have an SEC Thunder DOME, two fans enter, one fan leaves.

I nominate Yancy and Coach34 for the inaugural showdown. Winner has to remain every year until both are gone. Then engie and fireman are up, same rules.

What happens five years from now when Vandy has no fans able to enter?

It's really pathetic how many people on here are taking the stepdad's side in this just because of their hate of Ole Miss.

I distrust the stepdad because he claimed he was trying to give Tunsil a handshake. That smacked of playing innocent, especially when he was clear that they were all fighting.

But I wouldn't sleep on it. His stepdad lying to get out of a domestic violence charge doesn't mean Tunsil wasn't with agents. Kids do stupid things, especially kids with legitimate pro prospects who are hungry for the money and perks. Gotta wait and see how it plays out. Just talking to agents isn't that big a deal, as Freeze pointed out, and if it's proven that he did anything minor like let them pay for dinner, he'd probably get a slap on the wrist like a 1 game suspension or something.

Yeah the agents thing doesn't really bother me much because it was not against any rules for them to meet. If he took some improper benefits and the NCAA find out then all he has to do is repay them, take a class on what not to do with agents then sit a few games. But the likelihood of the NCAA snooping around is slim to none

Franklin will come back to coach the ThunderDome team, they'll lower the ThunderDome standards, and more will get to enjoy NerdDeath.

If Finebaum can get on the SECN, ThunderDome can.

I see from the downvotes that people are honestly upset about this.

No insult to OM -- I'm a Vandy fan, after all -- but who gets upset over a team that's traditionally in the bottom half of the SEC in terms of historical success?

A lot of Georgia and Alabama fans would probably like to see Tunsil get into trouble just because they believe he was paid to go to Ole Miss in the first place. Georgia fans are still especially butthurt over the issue.

It was like 5 years ago. This may be shocking to you, but we really don't care anymore. He's had a solid career and ole Miss is winless against us since he's been there. We've moved on. Maybe there's some things in your life you should move on from

Frankly, I think every program in the SEC has players who got booster money. I don't see OM as being anything special there. But I don't believe the program itself paid anyone. These coaches aren't stupid enough to do that.

Weren't you questioning how his family moved to Oxford earlier in this thread? Doesn't sound like moving on to me

I don't want young larceny to go directly to jail, I want him to go directly to the NFL

Don't look now, but TMZ has posted pics of the step-dad, which may, or may not be genuine.

The alleged misdemeanor is due in court July 14th, as are the charges against the step-dad.

Still say, at worst, LT will get 2 more weeks to heal & condition.

With UT Martin & Fresno State the first 2 games, he'll hardly be missed...

Oh hey, look, an MSU fan bumping this thread.

Did you really just say "Don't look now, but TMZ has posted pics of the step-dad, which may, or may not be genuine." Gracious...
