he was asked the question if he recieved money..

Which answer do we go with??

By the time our lawyers get through spinning this thing all of you will agree that we are clean

NCAA can't just listen to the crying trolls. When they review the sound bite they will hear no... then yea...

Can't convict us on speculation... We skating pass this whole misunderstanding.

That's a screen shot of a phone... Can be altered to say anything.

They will have to get the coaches phone and Tunsils phone to confirm this...

Those phone are broke in a thousand pieces and at the botton of Sardis Lake by now...

Records may show communication between them but not the content... We still skate..

I wouldn't worry about it. Everything is going to be fine. NCAA will even write an apology letter.

No, actually we are talking about $305 over the "agreed upon amount"...an amount that "keeps changing".

Well then, since you will not be able to prove it didnt happen ...then we will have to go with the transcripts of what he actually said on national tv.

No, no they can't. In what universe do you think a private organization gets vested with the powers of the judiciary to start throwing around subpoenas?

But don't just take my word for it.

However, they can threaten allowing a university's athletics programs to compete in NCAA competition if someone over whom the NCAA has jurisdiction refuses to cooperate in an investigation.
