No, wrong year: 2017. The game dropped was Sept. 24, 2016.

We got dumped because our old AD, Larry Templeton, liked to lock us into long term, low buyout contracts against non P5 schools.
It only cost Tulane $750k to dump us, and the going rate for a one and done home game from a team like that is in the neighborhood of $2Mil these days, so it was a smart business decision on their part, and a shite situation for us.
