I don't believe that for a minute. He is clearly mentally ill, but I highly doubt that concussions are the reason a guy in his early 20's is acting like that.

This. People are going to assume CTE from now on whenever a football player has issues but Tre is at a prime age for serious mental health problems to develop and a lot of his behavior very clearly indicates that needs to be explored.

I can't recall Tre ever having a concussion while at AU to account for any brain injuries, but from all accounts he's always been a model player and teammate. Obviously some type of mental illness to cause such a change in behavior.
