Frank Beltran of Towson:

quote:

"We should have beaten them. We knew that was their weakness; they couldn't pass. So, that's what we attacked. We stopped their run game and they couldn't pass and it showed. We prepared very well."

That's a pretty strong statement coming from someone who got beat by 16 points.

It's fricking Towson. Sixteen points with those horses, is a win in many a book.

It's the truth though. A team with any talent is going to expose that if it doesn't get fixed quick.

I tried to tell them last week, but they got so butt hurt and angry.

"LSU never loses we are the fricking best 27-0 this year"

I think we all learned that during the SEC championship and 1/9. Mix in some key losses, a new qb, and a stubborn coach and you get these results.

So we get 238 yds and we can't pass? Did anyone see that 53 yd TD to Odell? We can pass we just can't do it consistently

238, 2 TDs, 0 INTs. I wouldn't call it a spectacular performance, but not bad.

And that's a problem. Against Florida, Bama and South Carolina it will cost you.
