Congratulations Alabama.

Top Five Facilities in College Football
5. Notre Dame
While most of the facilities on this list are here for their sparkling new perks and newest modern touches, Notre Dame is here because the Fighting Irish have updated, while also keeping a sense of the past. The locker room? It looks straight out of the movie Rudy and can give you chills. Then there’s the massive open weight room and the quaint, beautiful recruiting lounge. Overall, the 96,000-square-foot Guglielmino Athletics Complex has a wonderful mix of modern amenities mixed with a feel for Notre Dame’s powerful past.
4. Tennessee
Tennessee football looks to be on the rise, and Butch Jones has a heck of a selling point in the Anderson Training Center, a state-of-the-art facility that spans 145,000 square feet and includes video delivery systems for players, ventilated lockers with electrical outlets for cellphones, iPods and laptops and a beautiful training area. The 120-yard practice field is another highlight area. Overall, the facility is really well done.
3. Oregon
Any of the final three on this list could be at No. 1. Oregon’s Football Performance Center looks like what you would build if you were preparing a team full of Batmans and needed to build a really big Batcave. Its gorgeous, modern design includes any number of personal touches, from a barber shop to little hanging ducks as a decoration. The Ducks became a football powerhouse largely because they were ahead in the college football arms race, and they’ll stay ahead for awhile with their current version.
2. Texas A&M
Texas A&M has done an outstanding job of making its entrance to the SEC count. After going 10-2 in the Aggies’ first season in the league and drumming up interest thanks to Johnny Manziel’s Heisman Trophy winning season, the Aggies capitalized in a huge way with the renovations to the Bright Football Complex. Texas A&M graphics and jerseys adorn the facility with a gorgeous hydrotherapy pool and the Vicky and Terry Klein ’78 Locker Room may be the nicest such room in the country.
1. Alabama
Want to know why Nick Saban consistently lands No. 1 classes? It’s because he’s a great recruiter. But it certainly can’t hurt to have waterfalls in the locker room, or all of the other recent upgrades to the Mal M. Moore Athletic Facility. Alabama’s facility is a melding of beautiful design — witness the hallway with all of the first-round draft picks’ jerseys — and functionality. And that’s what puts the Crimson Tide’s home at No. 1.

It's crazy how irrelevant 3 of these schools that have the best facilities are.

To be fair, Oregon, Tennessee, and Notre Dame are also improving and also relevant with the other two.

Lists of facilities, lists of game-day environments, lists of passionate fan-bases and lists of best helmets. THIS is what sustains aggie fans through almost a century of not winning anything that matters.

Texas has only won what, 1 NC in the last 40 years? You guys aren't doing much better.

Lists of "Doing Less With More" and "Overrated" - THIS is what Longhorn football consistently ranks highly in.

I had TN #2 in my combined facilities and stadium rankings in another thread when everyone was trying to rank programs/coaching destinations. Looks like I may need to move us to #3 behind A&M which some Aggies pointed out to me then.

At least they won a natty title. Can't say that for the Aggies.

Time to build the general athletic facility for other sports, so the Mal Moore Atheltic Facility is only for football. Saban has been asking for it. Only a matter of time.

Nearly beating ole Miss students to death because we lost, encouraging the highest athlete drug use in NCAA, covering up numerous campus rapes, throwing bleach bombs at African American students, annually vandalizing MLK's statue on campus on his day of recognition, THIS is what Texas University longwhorns do to occupy themselves while only winning one championship in the last 40 years

I feel like there are probably 20-25 spots that have about equal facilities. You can take those youtube tours and they are all pretty top notch. I don't think OSU has the best facilities but I also don't feel like recruits walk in and go "damn their facilities aren't as good as XX" very often

Is Forest's pic on the wall somewhere? You would think that their all time great would be there.

Although I think Bama'S facilities are top notch there is probably a popularity contest involved with this.
