A&M - Because this will be our first conference game of the season and will happen in week 4 after a bye week at the SWC. This game will be a good indication of how the rest of the season will be for us.

Auburn - Because we will have come off of back to back road games against SCAR and Bama. With the level of talent Auburn has this year it will be a tough game for us. If we can stay healthy leading up to the game which will be in Fayetteville, I think we have a chance.

MSU - I'm impressed with what MSU has done in the offseason to get where they are now. Every time they've played us the past four years its always been a close game. Again if we can stay healthy we have a shot against them. Arkansas usually starts the season flat but ends up red hot towards late in the season. Hopefully we come out swinging.

Florida State is really the only one. But if I have to pick 2 more it would be Auburn and LSU. But really I think that there is more of a chance that we shut their arse out than we loose to them.

This. Top 3 though. Its Alabama, Auburn, and Florida.

Blows my mind that there are LSU fans who think there are only 2 games to "worry" about this year. There's 3+.

Nobody should be chalking Ole Miss up as a sure fire win. Ole Miss will be dangerous but they could also unravel really easily .

1) FSU obviously
2) L6U. They're due
3) Auburn. Too many reasons to list

Wild card: Mississippi State- Mullen has a QB that can play. That's the most important ingredient to beat Bama under Saban. If Fitz goes off, they are scary.

Not FSU. Nick Saban in the opener is as close to a sure thing as there is.

So for me it's:

1. Auburn
2. LSU
3. Ohio St in the playoffs.

1) Auburn
- Last game of the year, could decide the SEC West. If Stidham pans out, look out. Game is in Auburn as well.
2) LSU
- Same reason as Auburn, could decide the West. If Matt Canada can put together an offense this year it raises my concerns about this game even more. Plus, LSU is due a win in this series.
3) FSU
- Not as concerned about this game, not because I believe Bama is a superior team but because, unless it's a blowout loss, it seems less consequential to lose this game.

For me, it's not about the best teams on the roster. I'm more concerned about the swing games this year to make sure we at least get to a bowl to keep building momentum.

1) Kansas State - I'm gonna commit the cardinal sin of assuming Vandy won't go full Same Ol' Vandy and find a way to lose to MTSU. That means KSU will be a chance to start 3-0 before hitting a scary stretch of the schedule.

2) Kentucky - They should be much improved this season, and the last 3 meetings have all been very tight games. A win here should be the 5th of the season (4 OOC at the least) and would give us 2 chances to get number 6.

3) UT - Duh. Butch needs tis week to avoid a losing record against Vandy. Being 2-3 against Vandy is probably not something he can survive unless they win the East even with the loss. For Vandy, it obviously is the biggest game of the year. Like last year, it should, at worst, be the last chance to get to 6 wins OR to build more momentum going forward.

I'm not going to list Bama due to the fact that they have been favored in every game the last decade. Unfortunately, at the moment, it's a game everyone goes into with a nothing to lose attitude.

I also won't list Clemson due to they aren't in the SEC and a loss on the road probably won't affect the goals of AU which should be to get to SECCG.

I also don't worry about LSU due to the fact it is one of those games you really can't fully expect to win or lose based on the level of the programs.

Top 3 for 2017.

1. UGA...no spinning it, Gus has to beat Smart this year. UGA is about the be the second most talented team in SEC and Gus just lost 2 consecutive games to UGA in games AU had no business losing.

2.A&M...its been an unpredictable game since they joined SEC. They have enough talent to derail your season even if you have the better team. See 2014

3.Arky...not so much since Bert has come on since AU has blown him out 3 out of 4 years but Arky has been a thorn in our sides since 1992.

1. UCLA -season opener; it's in Pasadena
2. Arkansas - I have nightmares about their QB; they're due a win against us
3. Alabama - those cats just reload each season

Most concerned about the LSU game. It's on the road, all our other big games are at home besides Clemson.

Clemson is my second biggest concern. Sure they lost deshaun, but they are still the champs and it's at their place. Luckily, even if we lose, it's not a league game.

Bama comes in at third. If we get all the way to the iron bowl in good shape, we get those bastards at home and my money's on the tigers.
