Worst list I have ever seen. No Stoops, Hayes, Osborn and Switzer outside the top 10...it just gets worse and worse

Neyland and Spurrier are the 2 biggest question marks to me. I'd like to hear the reasoning for them.
Hard to do one of these though. You quickly realize everybody can't be in the Top 10.
