"MSN: Lifetyles SEC Party Championship 2016" They should just do a whole ribbon board dedicated to this.

Have you ever been to University of Iowa? It actually is a big time party school, surprisingly

If you look at the criteria, it's most party with least study. You can't get into UGA unless you're a very good student, and you can't stay in if you just party and don't work hard. UGA students know how to do both work hard and party hard. Times have changed and for the good. Just look at UGA's national scholastic rankings.

It's all self-reported by students. Depends on what students believe or want to believe about their school.

Several of those schools are better than UGA.

I agree with this.

But Colgate? 3,000 students in the middle of nowhere New York, population 6,000. How much partying could you possibly do?

Agreed. I had a great time when I was visiting there.

The Illinois pick is a head-scratcher.

Fortunately I doubt most scholastic rating publications depend on your opinion.
