You guys look like straight dog shite. Have a first year coach, an O-Line that's in worse shape than UT's was last year and a complete system change. No one's picking you above 4th-5th in the East. Deal with it.

And it will still be 11 straight. DWI.

UF 6-2
Mizzou 5-3
UGA 5-3
UT 4-4
USC 3-5
UK 2-6
Vandy 0-8

Folks are not looking at what UF has on defense and its loaded my friends. Dante Fowler was great, but we have a lot of talent on the DL that will show itself in 2015: Caleb Brantley, Joey Ivie, Jon Bullard (a potential very high draft pick), Alex Macallster (# 14 and a 6-7 DE who will be relentless chasing QBs), Jaynard Bostwick, Bryan Cox, Antonio Riles, Jordan Sherit and Bryan Taven, a player who tore up in the spring...add CeCe Jefferson in the summer. LBs are stout...Antonio Morrison hits like Mack truck...Jarrad Davis & Daniel McMillian.

Secondary? Please. Best in the country.

We were 4-4 in conference last year and only need a little more offense to go 6-2. Folks will see that our defense is nasty good. OL is a problem granted...but again we will be a more high octane We get McGee for sixth year after his transfer and injury last year to give us a real TE. All I can see is orange and blue with this glasses

Too early for this, but here we go:

Missouri - 10-2, (6-2) losses to UGA, Arky
Georgia - 9-3, (5-3) losses to AU, Bama, UT
Tennessee - 8-4, (5-3) losses to OU, UF, Bama, Mizzou
Florida - 7-5, (4-4) losses to OM, Mizz, LSU, UGA
USCe - 7-5, (3-5) losses to UGA, Mizzou, LSU, UT, UF
Kentucky - 6-6, (2-6) losses to everyone except Vandy and MSU
Vandy - 3-9, (0-8) lose to everyone

The bottom line is this:

On paper, Missouri, UT and UGA look to be the most complete teams. The basic issue though is this: Missouri has a MUCH easier west schedule than UGA, and a slightly easier schedule than UT. They get UT at home and UGA on the road. I think UGA beats them in Athens, but there are a lot of places to pick up losses on UGA's schedule, and I don't see that many conference losses on Mizzou's schedule unless UT picks them off.

Mizzou's 4 SEC road games are @ UK, @ Vandy, @ UGA, and @ Arkansas, so it's not exactly a brutal road stretch for them, so it sort of makes up for the fact that UGA technically only has 3 true SEC road games.

So as long as Mizzou doesn't lose to BOTH Tennessee AND UGA, they should win the east again, because I don't trust Tennessee to win enough games this year, despite their roster, and UGA will undoubtedly drop at least 2 SEC games, especially against that schedule.

You could flip Kentucky, South Carolina, and Florida really, as all of those teams have their issues, but all three could improve enough to steal a few wins. I doubt any one of them makes a serious push into the top 3 this year however.

Just my early thoughts.

I applaud your relentless optimism, even in the face of a total cluster frick.

If UF goes 6-2 against their schedule, with no Ol and no QB, coach mac deserves coach of the year.

The defense will be solid, but UF proved the past two years it takes more than good defense to win in this league.

Good posts and I said the same thing about Missouri's schedule yesterday and had an entire thread devoted to me from Killz calling me butthurt.

Missouri is going to have to lose to someone at home since they have such a favorable road schedule.

I am predicting Spurrier gets it together for that game and wins the battle of Columbia's this fall.

UF and UT have shots too but SC is my guess as to who gets it done.

I think Missouri is more likely to lose to BYU than any of their home games. And that doesn't impact the SEC race.

They just have a remarkably easy draw again on their SEC schedule.

I wrote in a thread yesterday, last year they had the last two teams in the SEC west on their schedule, well this year, I wouldn't be surprised if Arkansas and MSU are the bottom two west teams.

They still have to go out and win their games, but of the 4 teams in the SEC east that have a realistic shot at the division, UF, USCe, and UT all have to play at Mizzou. Only UGA gets that at home.

It's just a great set up this year for them to threepeat.

Georgia*** - 10-2, (6-2) losses to AU, Bama.
Missouri - 10-2, (6-2) losses to UGA, Arky.
Tennessee - 9-4, (4-4) losses to OU, UF, Bama, Mizzou, UGA.
Florida - 7-5, (4-4) losses to OM, Mizz, LSU, UGA.
USCe - 7-5, (3-5) losses to UGA, Mizzou, LSU, UT, UF.
Kentucky - 6-6, (2-6) losses to everyone except Vandy and MSU. Goes to bowl game.
Vandy - 3-9, (0-8) lose to everyone.

***UGA wins via the tie-breaker. (Hope I'm wrong.)

IF Mizzou takes care of biz on-the-road in Fayetteville, then UGA is fricked again. Mizzou is a ROAD WARRIOR.

Vandy.

The middle group could finish in any order. I like what the Vols are building but they are young and don't have depth, Florida will bounce back sooner rather then later, and the Semi-Retired OBC probably has at least one decent season left in him.

Mizzou gets the nod over Georgia based on schedule and that Pinkel keeps his teams more focused then Richt has managed.
