But since that didn't happened how can these people say LSU is gonna make the playoffs.

Put yourself in their shoes, and then take note of three factors:

1) There doesn't appear to be a clear-cut best team in the West. There are a lot of good-but-flawed teams, even Alabama. That said, it still seems likely that whatever team wins the West will also win the SEC and make the playoff.

2) Harris has emerged at QB, and that makes LSU look very appealing all of a sudden. Harris' success is the "news" of Spring ball in the West.

3) You need something new to talk about. You've got airtime to fill here. LSU good again? Sounds like a good story.

And then coaching them with Kevin Steele.
It's gonna work out great.

Hey, he ran all over us lol.

You are literally the only team he did that against. It was a product of your overhyped DE being completely undisciplined on the read option.

Jennings isn't actually that fast or that good at running. Your defense was just that bad.

Phil Steele on the bandwagon this morning too. Might have to drop the tri-axle down to handle the weight of all these analyst jumping on board.

You don't have to convince me that our defense sucked. We also are apparently in agreement that the QB2 isn't any good.

Because these guys are tapping sources, gathering intel and comparing notes based on what's happening in fall camps across the country, while the Rant is filled with bitches and trolls who don't really know how to do very much beyond bitch and troll on the Internet.

I'm biased, but I I find it very encouraging that we're picking up steam in this regard just as the season is kicking off. It seems clear that people are seeing and hearing about things in fall camp that they couldn't see and hear about during the spring and summer.

I don't think people realize just how good Harris is. Given one more set of downs he would of beat Miss State just playing back yard ball. These guys have connections that make these picks and they aren't blind picks. Cam C probably has told someone they know that Harris is for real now and they believe it. The kid was pretty dang good up until Auburn and he just wasn't prepared for that game period. The WRs we have compare to Landry / Beckem this year and our TEs are taking the game seriously now. Tony Ball will make a huge difference with thee guys this year bet. The OL is the best since Les has been here, watch Josh Boutte this year. The backs are extremely talented. The question will be DL and linbacker depth and if that is answered look out. I think Harris will get better and better as the year goes and he may take it to another level we haven't seen at LSU?? BeBe is restocking the DL depth with some serious talent and look out when LSU starts gaining momentum on the front seven!! Cam is recruiting the QB position better than I've ever seen at LSU ever and it will eventually take hold and level off to where we have a star back there every year. There is NO decline at LSU and the next 4 years will actually prove the complete opposite. We Coming and shite is about to get real for all the fantasy land folks that pray and wish for LSU to fall into a dark pit that can't be climbed out of. Mettenburger Harris, Franks, Dinkelman, and so on..... We coming
