Merry Christmas to all Tennesseans, the place with a 6.5 million population and only 100 last names.

Merry Christmas ... and I finished making three gallons of my special yearly eggnog this morning so that it has time to ferment between now and tomorrow's Christmas dinner.
Includes a full quart of Jack black and 750 ml of dark Real McCoy rum ... in the three gallons. Fifteen egg yokes fluffed, fifteen egg whites whipped high, a quart and a half or pure cream whipped, two cups of sugar, a cup of honey, a quart and a half of whole milk, three tablespoons of pure vanilla extract.
How you assemble it all together is the key to great eggnog. That and giving it time to chill and meld together in the fridge.
Top it with some ground nutmeg and serve.
Best you'll ever have.
