I'm sure this topic's been done before, but not as overdone as the Bama/LSU threads. 
Anyways, I am genuinely curious though, what food do you think is perfect for tailgating? The absolute best?
I'm hungry too, so here's some pictures of some food while I'm at it!
I'm torturing myself way too much now, just tell me what you think is the best already!

You don't like Cajun or Creole food, but are cool with the white trash buffet you posted in the OP? Boneless wings? Burnt Potato Skins, Mozzarella Sticks? Who eats that at a tailgate? For Christ sakes, at least rep your state, and post some chopped pork in some mustard base BBQ sauce.
