I have to say this. Been thinking about it and have seen it referenced in a few posts, and thought I would put it out there.
You have to come up with something better than corndogs. It just signifies an utter lack of creativity. It doesn't hurt or even speak to something that is remotely true about LSU the way Gumps or Jorts do. Those two are the best IMO. I have friends who are huge FLA fans and alums and they even have to smile when you call them jorts. The same thing is true about Gumps. There is a shred of truth that makes them hilarious. I want to be able to laugh a little bit about the nicknames of our fans , but with corndogs there is nothing. The closest thing I've heard from some is Boudreaux's and that a start in the right direction. Go to work!
