A FULL GAME? Let's not go overboard.
As is consistent with the "Zero Tolerance" strictness of the SEC, where we go to great lengths to teach our young men character and integrity, a half game suspension would be appropriate. Since this is an SEC opponent, it would also be appropriate to handle discipline "in house" with no missed playing time. But since it's Kentucky, perhaps we can make a bit stronger gesture and keep him out for a half.
Thanks for your support in making our conference the leaders in promoting the integrity of student athletes.

It's ridiculous that a law-abiding citizen has to have a permit to carry a pistol, but it is the law. Go get a permit, fool.

We are also challenging the determination that he was carrying a gun without a permit, and will be sending this to our replay official for a final ruling.
