Tie breakers that I need help with for the SECsy's.... (keep an eye on this)

It's that time of year again! Time for our 3rd Annual SECsy Awards!!!!!!
It's a later start than the past two years, but better late than never. Unfortunately this threads Creator , tuck, has a loaded schedule and is unable to handle the SECsy's. So I will be handling it this year. BamaChick if you see this, I could still use a hand
Email me your list of Nominations. Just nominate the 3 Ranters who you think most deserves or represents each award. The 3 with the most votes will be chosen to move on to the Voting which will be next week.

Some of last year's awards have had to be retired, so Congrats to the final recipients of those illustrious awards. Your names will go down in the Lore of the SECSy's.
Next week when the winners are announced I will be making sigs for the winners that request them. So if you are one of the 3 to make the cut, have an idea of what you would want on a sig. Of course it's optional though.

Probation SECsy - Poster that was banned and came back a new and better soul for the board to enjoy.
Franklin SECsy - the poster most likely to have a great drive-by post. He may not be around much, but when he is, he makes it worth your while.
Dooley SECsy - Poster most likely have a mental lapse and/or lose and argument.
In order to avoid confusion I will number each award. Just type the number and the 3 SEC Ranters you think Deserve it the most. Pretty simple right? Well, we will see.
