Georgia defensive lineman Jonathan Ledbetter was arrested early Sunday by Athens-Clarke County police on misdemeanor charges of underage possession/furnishing alcohol and possession/making a false ID

Big fricking deal. Don't cops have actual crime to fight?

That POS kid. What trash. Kick him out of school. Oh wait....he was doing what 90% of college freshman across the country do....
Welcome to Athens. In the rest of the normal world, this is a ticket.

But, wanna compare the reason for our players' arrests vs UF's arrests over the last 10 years???

That's ACCPD for you. Half their resources are spent harassing underage drinkers and pot smokers instead of solving important crimes.

sounds like botch has a problem with control if he can't get Knoxville pd to bend at the knee for him.

Smart will use the Saban process on Athens PD and only worthless players will be arrested.

that is why it helps to be in a real city, BRPD doesn't have time for that with actual things to do

Neither could Dooley, Kiffin, Fulmer or Majors. KPD is just paid to be a bigger buzz kill than Buzz Killington.

Saban would have them kneeling and helping process worthless players.

BRPD still loves their bullshite seatbelt and inspection sticker check points in the good areas of BR, but for the most part they leave the players alone because they have better shite to do.

you know richt had no control over alcohol related punishments, right? It is mandated by the AD. Now, you can make the argument that kirby will try to play ball with the AD harder than richt did, which is valid, but it's not like richt was just like "golly gee shucks we gotta suspend this young man to teach him a lesson!". It's a mandatory policy imposed by the school.
