This FBI investigation means absolutely nothing in regards to $Cam. Nice reach there.

Oh I see, since it was wildly profitable players could not be bought with the cash. Makes plenty of sense.
your question was "Why do you think Paul Bryant Jr. owned Greene Track in Greene Co.?"

Would you like to know how we all know you're an Art major?

I'm not even sure why you'd bring this up 7+ years later. These two things aren't connected in any way.
In the basketball case, the FBI was involved for the past couple of years b/c it was their own informant they were using. In Cam's case, the FBI involvement seems to have been minimal and after the fact.
I don't know if AU paid for Cam or not. I do believe that Cam didn't know of his father's actions, though. I think Cecil's efforts to get paid - whether they ever resulted in money or not - were unknown by Cam.
I also believe the fact that it was Cecil who chose AU and not Cam is why some have made the assumption that AU paid Cecil to get Cam.

I hope and pray that people start to wake up and see the big picture of what's going on in this crazy world (not only sports, politics, etc.) right now.
That. Is. ALL

I don't understand why you guys keep bringing $cam up. You got away with it! You bought your Championship and didn't suffer any consequences, nice work. But to keep trying to convince everyone that you did it on the up and up is futile and embarrassing. We will never believe it. Enjoy your "Championship" and move on. Congrats.

Impossible to ever come out ahead in the long run playing slots. Find another type of wagering you can do where you can gain an advantage .

"TMZ.com reported last week the FBI is investigating the Newton case because the agency was "interested in whether young men are being shopped to colleges."

There's no "whether" to it. "whether" implies "whether they are or are not". They absolutely are. Cecil admitted as much with Cam, but there are kids in every state being shopped every year.

Bringing it up because of the title of this topic. And by the way, not one of you has managed to put together any coherent or even slightly compelling argument that I'm wrong...
I mean, downvote me of you like, say whatever canned, unimaginative bullshite you can muster, but at the end of the day, the fact remains...either Cecil Newton is the Stephen Hawking of criminal geniuses, or Auburn didn't buy Cam.

At the end of the day you are going to believe what you want and so are we. You aren't going to change anybodies mind and we aren't going to change yours.

This was in response to someone saying that the FBI did not directly investigate the Newton case. They did. The IRS, NCAA, and Georgia state police did as well. Several years ago, the assertion was that it's easy to hide things from the FBI, not that the FBI wasn't directly involved. Now that it is clear what the FBI is capable of when they want to be, the new argument is that the FBI didn't directly investigate. The goal post keeps moving...and that's fine. I honestly don't care. I just thought it was funny and ironic that they the process of investigating Auburn (and others) the FBI demonstrated that if there was something to be found on Cam, they would have found it.

Uh huh...like I said. If you had a case to make, you'd make it. From the first time the story broke "Cecil Newton offered MSU Cam for $, but chose Auburn instead", the story has done nothing but unravel.
