Ole Miss has had issues stopping the run which is what Lsu does best. Lsu also has a nasty good defense. Yet all of that to me means little because Ole Miss always gets up for Lsu. I like Lsu at home in this game but could not pull the trigger that they will cover in pickem. What say you? Off to bed, will be curious what you guys think.

Ole Miss the best 3-3 of all time with the best average coach of all time

That has to count for something

I know recently people have been saying Death Valley isn't what it used to be but for this game it will be rockin and the team will feed off of that. Never pick against the Tigers at home.

Not a great game to bet IMO. Always plays out close, and even during our shite years we've either given LSU a run for their money or beat them. This is why I don't bet rivalry games, especially with such a low spread. Both teams can be dangerous if they click and both can play like shite. I have no idea how it plays out this weekend, outside of the fact that on paper we match up terribly.

Blueprint to dominating Ole Miss: Have a good RB (they have 2 of arguably the best in the SEC) and a functional o-line. Have a QB who can hand it off and pass 6 yards if needed.

LSU has all of that.

You couldn't say that about Brandon Harris. Etling is probably the most important player on this team. He mentally gets the QB position, all we've done after firing Cam is roll up 42+ twice. Miles would've barely beat Mizzou and taken his foot off the gas on Southern Miss and let them creep back in

Etling is a hot steaming pile of dog shite. 4nette will go for 250 but not enough offense to beat the Reb Bears.

I expect a relatively low scoring game. Something like 27-21, but it's tough to call a winner. LSU needs to force a couple of turnovers and OM needs to stop the run, neither of which have been very good at doing either.

I still have residual CLM in my system and think the same way you did above. Orgeron has been improving the teams awareness and energy better than Miles so far.

The question you posed is what I look to see this weekend... if CEO has these guys prepped better. There are some simple things you have got to be prepared for in this game.

Chad Kelly will take off and run like a striped arse ape if you lose containment on him and he will be expected to run the read option several times.

He will throw to Evan Engram a lot and in clutch situations.

He will also look for Adeboyejo.

You close those three doors and OM will lose half their offense

Ole Miss wins. LSU offense can not keep up. Everyone is raving about LSUs new offense in 1 win against mizzou... they ran for a bunch of yards, what is so different then what LSU normally does?

I think Ole Miss comes out fired up the game stays close for a while but LSU's running game will eventually take scratch out Ole Miss's passing game due to ball control. 300+ yards rushing.

LSU 31 Ole Miss 17

So, you're saying LSU's offense can, in fact, keep up?

Got it.

Luckily for LSU, OM's rush defense is almost identical to Mizzou's.
