That's some pretty weak sauce, pal.
I'll give you 1941... no self-respecting Bama fan truly claims that one, I certainly don't. But the rest are 100% legit for the standards of the day. And you and everybody else know it.... and you and everybody else would LOVE to be in the same solar system of football success to be able to make the same claim.
The sooner you accept this, the sooner you can get on board with your own process.

My question always has been why did it take until 1988 for Alabama to claim them? Game programs from the 1970's only mention "National Titles" from 1961,1964,1965, 73,78 and 79.
There had to be something about those early "titles" to make Alabama not include them for in some cases half a century.
