Pin em' deep and hang em' high.
If there are no big plays by Maze on special teams and Bama not working a short field all game, LSU wins.
Bama fans how good is your PK/punter? not a smack talk thread FWIW

What a new and innovative thought. Thanks for the breath of fresh air

Going out on a limb here with saying White could be a wildcard.

White is one of Alabamas faster players. Look him up man.

Agreed, at least I hope.
OP, our punter and kicker both suck, just look at the STATS.

the thing is if the gumps do not account for wing and keep spies on him while he punts he will be given the green light to take off if they retreat to return coverage. if they go for the block wing can put them in the hole with no chance of a return with no blockers. it is a win-win scenario for us.

27 punts with an avg. around 36.5 yards per punt
So if Bama's offense can get to around midfield (which they will), that'll be good enough.

Or Bama could just hit him early and take him out of the game. As much as LSU is gonna be punting in this game, that would be a devastating loss.

freshman WR... 11 catches and 2 TDs. not bad for a young pup. I just don't think McCarron will complete very many down field throws. JMO

White has shown he can make catches in traffic, so has Kenny Bell both have really good speed.. just need AJ to get passes in the right spot when he has the chance.

illegally? would not surprise me in the least.
look at 2009 and what ritter and his crew pulled as far as incompetence. disgusting. not too mention dick "blind" burleson in the replay booth. dude shoulda been taken out back and shot after that game. stevie wonder could have seen what he refused to see. what a disgrace.

AJ doesn't usually attempt a lot of downfield throws. I expect it to be even fewer this game considering how dangerous LSU's secondary is. Bama's passing game usually involves a lot of 8-10 yard routes by the WRs and a lot of dump offs to the RBs when nothing else is open.

nothing wrong with that at all. good QB's are supposed to go through progressions and if nothing is there go to checkdown or throw it away.
