You'd thought he may have had a wager on the game. Still a damn good qb who has a rocket of an arm and will be in a few more SB's before his career is over.

Would other QBs have made it all the way through that game?

He was terrible, but it's not like he didn't have a pretty solid excuse as to why

Cam Newton would never do anything shady for money.

Thought about this throughout the game but and thought NAH.... Then the backaway on the fumble really looked bad.

i don't think he would have flailed on the ground like a kid in their terrible two's more than once had he had a wager on the game.

I know this is a flame thread, but can we talk about the fix being in for the Broncos. That first challenge . . . even Mike Carey refused to carry the officials' water on that horseshite.

The turnovers were bad. But that Denver defense CAME TO PLAY last night. Von Miller was a very deserving MVP.

It's not like Carolina got run off the field.

Broncos D line won the trenches. Cam was responsible for 310 yds of the total 315 the Panthers had. He played a good game, but only so much you can do when getting pressure constantly from the Broncos. Also 6 sacks...ughhhh!

The way he played? He did what he could being under pressure the whole night. That was a dominant shellacking by the Denver dline and a flop by Carolina's oline.

Nobody was doing dick against that defense last night. If Cam's intention was to throw the game, it was the easiest money he has made since, well, you know.
