SIAP.
Excellent analytical piece on the immortal play known as "The Tip Six" It goes into the individual roles and movements of the different offensive personnel and manages to clarify how a seemingly disastrous play for Ole Miss turned into a successful, memorable, and historic play.
In case some of you already forgot what the play was like:

What is there to analyze?
Kelly took a shite and out came gold.

You're proud of the dirty hit in your sig pic?

I still can't understand what the hell Minkah was doing on that play. It was an obvious bubble screen

Admins will take it down when they see it. Gifs aren't permitted for avi or sig pics.

Thanks, I'll change it.

If it's memorable then why would we forget?

I changed it to what I have now.

I think you are confusing the words "dirty" and "filthy"

The original, but the sequel was not bad either...

1. Helmet hits helmet
2. The qb wasn't even part if the action
It was a shitty hit, could have left someone in a wheelchair. I really enjoy good hard hits in football. But I wouldn't defend that hit against a relaxed and defenseless player if it was an A&M player making it.

It's sad that I wasn't that surprised that this play happened when Kelly released it. I mean what the frick were our Dbs doing?
Why did they not look for the easy interception instead of turning around towards the opposite direction to try and break the pass up? Unfrickingreal.

I wasn't surprised either. Saw it happen in my head before it happened. DBs just doing what they are taught, unfortunately.

Come on man, every football play in a game could potentially leave someone in a wheelchair. Bateman became a defender, and did the one thing you are not supposed to do as a qb during an INT return: wander aimlessly.

Like I said before; hard hits are awesome but trying to kill someone that isn't in the play and not even paying attention is wrong. But it's just my opinion.
