Why did you leave off Texas' 1970 coaches poll title but included Tennessee's 1951 coaches poll title? And Alabama's 1964 AP title?

You are such an arse-kisser.

I'll clarify (because he won't answer me)... All three teams lost their bowl game but he only left off Texas.

I have a dear friend who worked as a bank teller while in school at UTex in the 80s.
He laughs about and thoroughly enjoys telling a particular tale ... that all tellers at the time were given a list of Longhorn FB players whose, uh, prodigious personal checks were to be cashed, no questions asked.

Poor aggy. Their transgressions are well-documented and make Texas look like a saint. And they resort to making stuff up.

Why has Texas only won one title in over 40 years but has a fanbase who thinks its a blue blood?

If I'm going to make up a story it's going to be much sexier than that one.

Don't have time to explain the history of college football to an obtuse aggy on the Left Coast.

He's counting aggy's retroactive titles that were awarded 60 years later by a mathematical formula, and which were ignored for 30 more years.

Exactly what you asked him NOT to do.
