Nick Saban would take a shite on Pete Carroll in college. NFL however is a different story.

better than saban imo. coaching at Alabama is much easier than in the NFL. schools like Alabama (ones that have history of winning, better facilities and superior recruits)make winning much easier. totally different ballgame in pros where all teams are level playing field for the most part as far as talent is concerned.

But you forget that Saban won a title at a shitty college program too.
