They showed that Lutzy clip during the Iron Bowl. He was such fun to watch at AU. It's a damn shame what happened.

Good read. Sad, but good.

Drinking and driving kills.

So true, their father travels the country, speaking to schools and colleges.... preaching that very thing. That, and bucking you seat belt will save you.
The only survivor of Philip's crash was the only one buckled up. This was a preventable death and it was all down to decisions. Tragic.

Sad story. I'll never forget the pass from Cam to Lutz against Bama.

Before the game, one of the local channels had a spot in one of the Iron Bowl specials with Abby and the 43 Organization she and her family got moving on. It was a pretty touching story.

This is false. The only survivor part not the preventable death part.

I remember that guy from past Iron Bowls and the title game against Oregon. He gave 100% on every play. You don't always see that when you see the entire scope of the game. You don't see that a lot with players today. Guys who may not be the center point of an offense but will lay it all out there for the team. It sounds like he was a great guy off the field too. Side note. His sister is very easy on the eyes.
