I can already hear Chinese Bandits.
This defense will have immense amounts of speed and power that should strike fear into the hearts of every SEC opponent.
-Tashawn Bower and Lewis Neal at DE will collapse your QB's pocket while Christian LaCouture and Davon Godchaux penetrate your puny OL.
-Kendell Beckwith and company will destroy any running back foolish enough to attack this D (looking at you Bama, Aubie, and Arky)
-Jalen Mills, Tre'Davious White (our new #18), Jamal Adams, Ed Paris, Kevin Toliver II, Donte Jackson, Rickey Jefferson, etc will shut down your WRs and leave your QBs with shellshock.
It's the return of elite defense at LSU! No more contain on the defensive line! No more QB draws up the middle all game! And lastly, good LB play!
Thank God for Coach Steele and Coach Orgeron.
SEC offenses beware.

Well, he was the position coach for one of Bama's best units. He's been around a long time and knows the game. The biggest issue is in-game calling and we have enough defensive minds around him to help with that. At least that's what I'm telling myself.

Sure he believed in him as a recruiter and position coach. Just not as a DC. That's why he was demoted his first tenure at Alabama in 2007-2008.

Is he your inside linebackers coach or your DC? How many seasons did Saban have Steele as his DC?

Honestly the LBs had a down year, besides Ragland. But that wasn't Steele's fault. He was only back as a position coach for the 2014 season.
