According to the deal signed with ESPN, The City of Charlotte, the SEC and the ACC ... each team, both teams, will receive $3.2 million.

Not sure how that equates to playing a home game typically ... if it is worth it in the long run or not.

It's more than a home game for us. I think Tanner said we clear about the Mid 2 mil per home game.

I wouldn't imagine so. Home game gets you $50+ per ticket (I would assume that's true at SC) multiplied by 80,000+ tickets. That's $4M just on tickets. Add in another $10/ticket spent on concessions and that's another $800K.

Typically home game is probably worth $5M+ to USCe, but you are getting tons of value in audience size and share of voice as the 1st real game of season.

ETA: My initial thought was you do have expenses for a home game that you won't pay for here, so you may actually PROFIT more for this game than you do a home game. However, you'll have travel expense here that you don't have for a Home game.
