Which player or staff do you remember that got away from your school that still hurts? I'm not just talking about recruits, I'm also talking about transfers and staff members
For Aggies. Beatty the receivers coach, him leaving cost us a ton like losing Lodge and experience, it honestly hurts that we didn't get Malik Jefferson either, Jamal Adams, I can't believe we let Hollywood Higgins leave the state of Texas, Andrew Luck finally comes to mind.

Peterson was ours, but Fran did his Fran like things. He was ours if RC and Sumlin were still there.

It's rare that any major recruitment comes down to just money. Any team that's a major player is willing to match most offers.

There are several that hurt in the short term like Chizik and Muschamp leaving as defensive coordinator and Reuben Foster as a recruit. However, none of them still sting today. I guess Reuben Foster eventually could again if he ever learns how to avoid knocking himself out
