LSU returns 18 starters with the best player and we have little Nicky and his overrated gump team at home this year. Just the same media that is inlove with Alabama every year

Has LSU not shown the ability to lose games they shouldn't the last 5 years? Maybe the media was watching those games.

Yea, crazy to pick a team with that track record. Just nuts.

It's the same story every year and most of the time Bama proves them right. "The media" will keep riding that train for as long as they can. Go ahead and get your 2017 thread ready.

2008 - won the West.
2009 - won the West.
2010 - Cam Newton and auburn
2011 - Lost the West on an overtime FG to a team we then beat for the national championship
2012 - Won the West
2013 - Lost the West in the last game of the season because of the kick six
2014 - Won the West
2015 - Won the West
Over the last 8 years, won the division five times and lost it twice on the last play of the game to the team that won the division. So if you're in the media and you like being right, you'd have to have a compelling reason to pick against Bama.
